JOB DESCRIPTION Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives. Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation. JOB REQUISITIONS Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens Fluent Italian, Intermediate English Driving license B Location Rome (Preferred)
