Introduction Cybersecurity business development and delivery cross sectors Your role and responsibilities The role is for a delivery & GTM Associate Partner hire in Cybersecurity.

This is a lead role for the Italian Market to drive in 2025 $40M signing & $40m revenue, billable utilisation target for this hire is 30% Selected Clients for this hire will be across sectors but he will also manage other accounts if required.

The person MUST have a strong Security domain knowledge, with extensive commercial experience to develop and managed strategic accounts in Italy.

The person must have a local passport.

This is a strategic role for the CSS Market growth. This individual will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with market practice leaders and Customers at a high level to actively grow business development activities (support practice campaigns as a speaker at events, provide client presales presentations, help to lead IBMC engagements driving the delivery of security content.

This is a critical lead role for the business & can''''t be performed by CIC, HCAM, Subcontractors as this role will be pivotal to the Market growth and there is no one ready for promotion to fill this role (check done).

Fixed Term Contracts in Italy is not appropriate, there is an incredibly tough hiring and retention situation, applicants will not apply.

The target is expected to perform BD activities across multiple accounts beyond the current projects.

- We need to hire to achieve business objectives through expanding our footprint in Italy across multiple accounts, within the sectors.

Our competitors are expanding and investing in a fast rate while we need more footprint with BD capable professionals to keep competing and winning more projects. This individual will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with market practice leaders and Customers at a high level to actively grow business development activities (support practice campaigns as a speaker at events, provide client presales presentations, help to lead IBMC engagements driving the delivery of security content.
