Marketing Specialist Belgium Portugal Spain United Kingdom Italy As a Marketing Specialist at Hologic, you will play a vital role in executing and coordinating marketing activities that drive commercial excellence across the EMEAC region. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. You\u2019ll be hands-on in operational marketing, working closely with agencies, partners, and distributors to ensure the delivery of contractual commitments and KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing market data\u2014such as funding, policy, and competitor activity\u2014to inform strategic marketing plans and quantify market opportunities.

You\u2019ll create promotional tools and core scientific literature for distributors, oversee all marketing content for local projects, and ensure brand compliance before distribution.

Additionally, you\u2019ll support global and regional campaigns, participate in long-range planning initiatives, and contribute to the development and promotion of product value propositions for diverse customer segments.

Expect a dynamic environment where you collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, training, strategic marketing, and demand planning to accelerate opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy. What We Expect A minimum three-year university degree, ideally complemented by advanced qualifications and certifications. At least one year of product or marketing experience in the medical device or technology industry, with EMEAC marketing or sales and marketing experience preferred Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and inform business strategies. Experience working in distributor channels and markets, with sensitivity to regional differences in market needs and clinical practices Ambitious, action-oriented, and a self-starter with a passion for marketing and the healthcare industry. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Proven ability to build collaborative relationships, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact presentations.
